CSIRO Waterford
At CSIRO Waterford the project consisted of an expansion and extension to the existing Koch and Becher Buildings. Works included a three-storey extension to the Koch Building, new administration wing, extensive laboratory fit out / re-configuration and the construction of a link bridge between the two buildings. Commercial Pipe Installation’s role in the expansion was installing new chillers and associated pumps for CCW and chilled water. Our team also worked on the Laboratory gases including vacuum, compressed air, nitrogen, CO2, argon and oxygen.

Submarine Facility, Henderson
The state-of-the-art facility represents a consolidation of all Western Australian submarine maintenance and upgrade activities. Our team’s role on the project was the installation of industrial gases including LPG, argon, oxygen and compressed air.

Albany Health Campus
Commercial Pipe Installation working with John Holland Group completed the heating, chilled, diesel, compressed air and refrigeration pipework for this project. Albany Health Campus is, to date, the largest public country hospital development ever undertaken in Western Australia. Patients are now able to enjoy fully air-conditioned and heated surrounds.
